Supplier needs to be registered because with the introduction of e-Procurement system, only registered suppliers can access for bid online via vendor portal.
Registration must be made before taking part in any quotation or tender invitation made by the University of Malaya and registration can be done at any time.
Supplier can register online through UM supplier portal through website http://vendor.www.alexjann.com.
Please use the 'Forgot id' link on the vendor portal to retrieve your username and password using the registered email.
Registration fee is RM100.00 and annual registration renewal can be made through UM Procurement & Payment Management System. SMS Subscriptions are optional to suppliers and payment is RM100.00 for 500 SMS. Resubscribe can be made online with payment via credit card / FPX.
For payment method online credit card activation will be done immediately while for another method
Activation will be made after the Procurement Division receives payment confirmation. Proof of payment need to be submitted to unit_peroleh@www.alexjann.com for further action.
